System Integration Specialist

We are looking for a System Integration Specialist to become the ultimate Go-To Person and technical authority at our customer’s site. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex system design and operational execution. You will be responsible for bringing our multi-layered systems to life, validating overall system behavior, investigating complex interface issues, and ensuring smooth, hands-on deployment in a fast-paced environment.
Work Model: This role requires on-site presence split between our Rishon LeZion office and the client site in the Shfela area
Requirements
- Perform hands-on assembly, deployment, and integration of complex system components and interfaces at the customer site
- Setup and validate system acceptance scenarios to verify system capability, interoperability, and operational readiness
- Identify and isolate issues across complex multi-module system layers, documenting findings and working with R&D toward resolution
- Act as the primary technical Point of Contact for the customer, presenting system behavior, leading on-site technical activities, and tailoring operational procedures to the customer’s needs
- Serve as the expert on the system’s architecture, interfaces, and operational workflows to system behavior and operations
- Operate independently in a dynamic, highly classified setting, improvising controlled solutions even when processes or environments are not fully defined
- Perform system-oriented IT tasks and technical troubleshooting of the deployed product
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience working in integration and testing roles with complex multi-module systems
- Proven ability to trace and isolate root causes across complex end-to-end system interfaces and software, even with incomplete data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English, as this is also a customer-facing role
- Strong self-learning ability, high independence, and a "can-do" practical approach to solving operational bottlenecks under tight schedules
- Active security clearance OR high eligibility for immediate clearance renewal
