Privacy is fast becoming a concerning aspect to consider in cyber security. Several countries have recently issued privacy laws and guidelines, including GDPR, HIPAA, and in our case, the Israeli Privacy law.

In August 2024 the Israeli Privacy law was modified to conform to international standards (In particular the GDPR) following which a new structure of requirements informed organisations of their need to comply and the repercussions of non-conformity. 

The best way to verify an organisation’s conformity to the law is to perform a privacy security audit in order to identify areas where the organisation complies, and areas for improvement. 

With this in mind, OP Innovate, and the head of the Privacy security section, is pleased to share a Privacy audit we created, based on the Israeli Privacy law and requirements, as well as August 2024’s update, known as ‘Tikun 13’.
